Personal data policy and cookies

Generel information

This personal data policy applies to Pulito. When you visit our webshop or shop with us as a wholesale customer, we process your personal data as described below. In these situations, we are the data controller, and you are welcome to contact us with questions about the processing of your personal data at pulito@pulito.dk.

The protection of your privacy is important to us and we only collect your personal data within the framework of the Danish data protection legislation and the EU's data protection regulation no. 2016/679 (GDPR), which is incorporated into Danish legislation. We use terms such as "data controller", "data processor", "processing" and "personal information" as they are described in data protection legislation.

Which information is processed for which purpose?

Information regarding your purchase

When you buy goods in our webshop, or shop with us as a wholesale customer, we process the personal data you provide - your name, address, e-mail and telephone number - as well as your payment information. We collect and use this information in order to deliver your goods and manage any returned goods.

We also use your provided personal information to inform you when a given item is in stock or to contact you if there are complications with delivery.

This information is processed as it is necessary to fulfill our agreement with and to communicate effectively with our customers. You can contact us at any time with questions or request that we stop processing your personal data.

Traffic on the website and analysis - cookies

Pulito collects and analyzes information about use, traffic and activity on our webshop. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system. When you use our website, you accept the use of cookies, which are specified in our cookie policy. If you do not want information to be collected, you should delete your cookies and refrain from further use of the website. Below we have elaborated on which information is collected, its purpose and which third parties have access to it. The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to provide the services you have requested, such as e.g. to send a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Direct marketing based on your consent

If you have given your consent, we can use your email address to send you newsletters. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Who do we share your information with?

We may share your information with our business partners, our logistics partners who deliver your goods to your home, analytics and marketing service providers and payment service providers.

In addition, we do not share your personal data with third parties, unless this is required by law or if we have your consent to do so.

We guarantee that all employees who have access to personal information process it in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Storage and deletion

Pulito stores your information for the period permitted by law and deletes it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to gain insight into the personal data that we store or process about you. You also have the right to have any incorrect personal data rectified, and in certain circumstances you have the right to restrict our processing of your personal data or demand that we delete it. You can at any time revoke your consent, which forms the basis for the processing of your personal data (as described above), without this affecting the legality of the processing that was based on consent before your revocation.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and, under the EU Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you can ask to receive your personal data in a commonly used format so that the personal data can be easily transferred to you.

If you wish to complain about our processing of your personal data, please contact us. Any inquiries in this regard should be forwarded as indicated above in this personal data policy. We also inform you that, according to the legislation, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority.

Updates and changes

This personal data policy is updated continuously. When we issue changes to the personal data policy, we will indicate the date when the personal data policy was last updated. If significant changes are made to this policy or in relation to how we use your personal data, we will visibly draw attention to such changes.
